Student-to-Instructor: For students, the preferred method of contact is via email from our WebCT/Blackboard course site. I check this site at least 3-4 times throughout the day. Post your assignment questions in the Ask for Help section under Discussions. You may not be the only person who has this question and others will see your question and my response. For personal questions you can email me via the Mail link in WebCT/Blackboard by browsing the recipient list and checking my name.

Response Time: Generally I respond to email messages within 24 hours of receiving them, and often much sooner. Exceptions occur on weekends and holidays, when you can generally expect a 48-hour turnaround time.
