variance into the row labeled 5(x-20) in the table in Word
Answer the questions in general terms, not specifically based on the examples
used. For example, if you notice that the mean is 30 more when you add 30 to
all the values, don't say that, say something like "When you add a constant
to all the values, that same constant is added to the mean." Don't limit
yourself to just the 30.
Pie Chart (Question 2)
The pie chart capability in Statdisk is very limited and unfriendly to certain
people. It conveys information by color alone and that should never be done
as color blind people can't tell the difference.
Furthermore, there is no easy way to copy and paste a graph in Statdisk. You
have to press the Print Screen key, but that captures the entire screen, not
just the window with the pie chart.
Use Minitab to create the pie chart!
Graphical Summary (Question 3)
The graphical summary for Statdisk isn't half bad, but there's no easy way
to copy and paste a graph into Word.
Use Minitab to create the Graphical Summary!
