Although the article references the sample size of 1800, it does not indicate which sampling technique was used to obtain the survey.

It also mentions that the loyalty rating among customer service employees is down 3.7% from last year, but fails to state what last year's percentage was. It does not state how many customer service employees there were of the 1800.

Overall, a bad use of statistics.
