PIVOT1 program

This is the program which actually performs the pivot. It is called by the PIVOT, SIMPLEX, and GAME programs and never should be called directly.

This program used to be called PVT, but there is a bug in the TI83 Graph Link software and the program doesn't transfer correctly. The PIVOT, SIMPLEX, and GAME programs have been updated to use the new version.
